• Bring 1.5 - 2 cups of milk or soy/almond/etc milk to a low simmer.
• Pour heated milk into blender. Add two scoops of Chocolate Formula 1 and two scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder. 
• Blend on low for 1 minute.
